Privacy Notice

This service may process confidential project files uploaded by authorized users.

1. Temporary source-file processing

Uploaded source files are processed temporarily to generate the scan and report outputs.

2. Source-file deletion

Uploaded source files and extracted processing artifacts are deleted after scan processing, including parser-failure paths.

3. Generated report retention

Generated report snapshots are stored in encrypted form for a limited retention period: Unpaid 2 hours; paid/refunded 7 days.

4. Payments

Stripe is used as payment processor. LocProof does not store card numbers or payment-method credentials.

5. Operational metadata

Operational service logs and minimal payment/report metadata are retained for security, debugging, and reconciliation.

6. No AI-training use

Uploaded files are not used for AI model training.

7. No advertising tracking

No advertising pixels or behavioral ad-tracking are used in the core product flow.

10. Subprocessors and AI providers

LocProof uses deterministic document parsers and rules. Uploaded project files are not sent to an external AI model provider. Infrastructure is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH and payments are processed by Stripe.

Contact-form submissions are used only to respond to the enquiry, are not used for marketing without separate permission, are not stored in the LocProof report database, are delivered by email to the support address, and should not include confidential client documents or attachments.
